MEGGAN NEWMARKER

Dover, MA

Meggan is an alumna of Phillips Academy Andover and Middlebury College, where she graduated with honors and won an NCAA lacrosse championship with the Panthers. After an early career in strategic marketing and development, she returned to the Boston area with her family and has spent more than a decade coaching and mentoring teens. This foundation shapes her direct, empowering approach to college counseling.

Her style mirrors her coaching philosophy: set the bar high, communicate clearly, meet students where they are, and help them rise. She expects engagement, honesty, and hard work, and in return, Meggan gives students the tools and confidence to uncover their strengths and shine, not just in their college applications but in their transition to college life.

Meggan works with students of all academic profiles, guiding them through the admissions process with clarity, strategy, and care. Keeping with the shared philosophy of the All About Admissions team, Meggan emphasizes finding the right fit over all else. Families value her calm, steady presence and practical support, always centered on what’s best for each individual student.

She earned her Certificate in College Counseling, graduating with distinction from UCLA. As a parent who recently navigated the process herself (her oldest son will attend Colby College this fall as a student-athlete), Meggan brings professional insight and relatable personal perspective to every family she works with.

"We trust Meggan implicitly. Our student would not be going to Yale (on a full ride) without Meggan’s outstanding advice, encouragement, and constant hard work. She is unstoppable and unflappable. We hope to partner with her for our next round of applications."
